However, we always pull together to deliver what the client wants. We encourage free thinking. We aren't stupid (well we don't think so) and we're very open minded.

The team selection process

Each of us has been selected and put through an initiation process more selective and tougher than trying to be an astronaut for NASA, (well maybe not quite that stringent!). The important thing is that we have definitely been picked because we are individually and collectively passionate about the internet and it's future. We don't take defeat lightly and we are always determined to do the best for our clients. We are not interested in a wishy washy unprofessional approach whatsoever - we have ways of sorting that out. Don't ask!

Oneway is headed up by Steve Fisher, a highly motivated and passionate team leader with over 12 years IT management and experience in website strategy, design, development and hosting, who has personally witnessed the web evolve from a dot-com bubble into a Web 2.0 phenomenon.

His passion and enthusiasm enables Steve to bring a wide range of creativity and vision to any project, which has ultimately turned Oneway from 'a great idea' into a thriving small business, and beyond!

Shanie Devaney brings us invaluable business insight and accumen following a highly successful 10 year tenture, at the HQ of a major commercial bank.

Intrepid, interesting, funny (usually), Shanie writes copy for the site and provides an invaluable creative steer. She's an endless source of fantastic and quirky ideas, ranging from icons to widgets to a site's overall design. She's also the one that keeps us all on track... most of the time... and when not working for Oneway, it's still non-stop while she's off being an amazing mum for two little ones!
