There are big chunks of a website project where you need to be involved. If another agency says you don't need to lift a finger, then you don't stand a chance of achieving a great result.

•  Who you want to target? - their demographic, their interests, their need for your product or service
•  What you think your site should look like? - example's of sites you like are best for this
•  The messages you want to convey - and those you don't
•  Are we submitting your site to search engines? - or advertising the traditional ways?
•  How are you coordinating your new Websites launch - etc..etc..etc...
•  ...and don't think for a minute the work is done when we hand it over to you. You'll need to fill it with content!
